At The Herbalist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Our process is designed to be as eco-friendly and seamless as possible to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the compostable shipping mailer your order arrived in to minimize environmental impact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off point and use the provided tracking link to monitor your return's journey back to our studio.
